I am not sure where I have heard that saying before...and I sure hope it isnt me saying something dirty without knowing it.
Amanda Livelsberger and I met at 7:50 am this morning in the Empire Friendship Fire Hall parking lot for our second attempt at a consignment sale.
YOWZA! I had alot more fun at this one. www.clothestheclosetdoor.com Why dont I do my own consignment sales. Hard Work, may be the answer.
We were like the 15th and 16th people in line. From the moment I walked in, I was a little set-aback with all of the kids stuff. Amanda is such a calm person, so she headed to the back where the strollers and exersaucers were. She found a great diaper bag and soft growth chart.
I was totally immersed in the aisles of toddler toys...so I went crazy!
2 firetrucks were my first find, a soft one that makes noise for baby and a Megablok one. It doesnt matter if we have a girl, Jimmy will still want her to have some fire trucks.
Here is the rest of my list: Little People Farm, Circus Train, and Playground, Baby Einstein Talking Dragon and Cow puppets( so awesome), Smart Start Mat, Leap Frog Phonics Train, Aquarium play mat, Little Leap Frog learner with book, Noahs Ark Little People, A really cute Leap Frog Crib Toy that teaches colors, and a few Vtech toys....ALL for $66. I came home and looked the toys up online to see the retail prices...$400 for everything I bought. All in amazing condition!!!
AND, we have 1 more show in 2 weeks, which I have heard is the BEST of all. www.justlikenewkids.com
I love a good deal!
If I knew what I was having, I would have gone crazy with the clothing, as they seem to be the best of all deals. When fall arrives, I will strap the baby into its carrier and head out again to see what clothing buys I can find. I never understand why people pay hundreds of dollars on items that their baby will grow out of in months.
My Goodness, My Baby, get here on-time. I cant wait to play with those puppets!
