Hippity Hoppity

I have such fond memories of Easters when I was a little girl. My mom would decorate an indoor tree with handblown easter eggs that my aunt beautifully painted. We would have a HUGE egg hunt in a neighbors field with prizes.
As I got older, Easter services at White Pine became a yearly thing to work forward to.
And even older, I once spent an entire afternoon coloring easter eggs with my best friend Pam and her mom, Gail!

Last year, I was most interested in getting Audreys pictures done with bunnies and ducks and how cute her outfit was.
This year, she has gained an idea of what fun crafts can be.
SO, I busted out my easter egg dyes and the vinegar and we had a wonderful morning of coloring Easter eggs.

Our hands got a little colorful.
We added glitter paint and stickers.
Audrey really enjoyed dipping the eggs. She didn't, however, enjoy the taste of vinegar when she decided to lick her fingers.
We dropped some on the floor. I broke some in the boiling process, but in the end as always it only matters that we had fun. By the looks of it, I bet you can guess that we did!
